Supporting documentation may be required. **Rescheduling Policy:** We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. To accommodate rescheduling requests, we have the following guidelines: 1. **Rescheduling Timeframes:** - Rescheduling requests made 3 days/72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be accommodated without any additional charges. - Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of $65 dollars. 2. **Process for Rescheduling:** - To reschedule an appointment, please contact info@liaabneyllc.com. - We will work with you to find a new suitable appointment time. 3. **Limit on Rescheduling:** - Each booking can be rescheduled up to 1 time without incurring a rescheduling fee. **No-Show Policy:** We highly value your time and ours. In cases of no-show (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice), the following policy applies: 1. **No-Show Definition:** - A no-show is defined as failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time without notifying us in advance. 2. **No-Show Consequences:** - No-shows will not be eligible for a refund. - Subsequent bookings may require a pre-payment or deposit to secure the appointment.
