**Booking Cancellation and Rescheduling Rules for Lia Abney, LLC** **Cancellation Policy:** We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. To ensure a fair and consistent approach, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. **Cancellation Timeframes:** - Cancellations made between 3 days/72 hours prior to the appointment will be eligible for a partial refund of 60% of the booking amount. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. 2. **Refund Process:** - Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the cancellation request. - Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for booking. 3. **Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:** In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required. **Rescheduling Policy:** We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. To accommodate rescheduling requests, we have the following guidelines: 1. **Rescheduling Timeframes:** - Rescheduling requests made 3 days/72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be accommodated without any additional charges. - Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of $65 dollars. 2. **Process for Rescheduling:** - To reschedule an appointment, please contact info@liaabneyllc.com. - We will work with you to find a new suitable appointment time. 3. **Limit on Rescheduling:** - Each booking can be rescheduled up to 1 time without incurring a rescheduling fee. **No-Show Policy:** We highly value your time and ours. In cases of no-show (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice), the following policy applies: 1. **No-Show Definition:** - A no-show is defined as failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time without notifying us in advance. 2. **No-Show Consequences:** - No-shows will not be eligible for a refund. - Subsequent bookings may require a pre-payment or deposit to secure the appointment.
